• Certain university offices may prohibit your ability to enter course requests, to process drop/add, or to view your schedule if you have not fulfilled all requirements (e.g. pay your fees, medical records, etc.)
  • Check in the underscored "View Holds" message on your Hokie Spa record to determine the office who is blocking your registration.
  • Contact the office who placed the hold.
  • The Office of the University Registrar cannot help you remove holds for other offices.
